Lloyd’s Register (LR) has added biofuel availability and quality insights to its Global Fuel Finder tool. The new tool allows users to search, compare and analyze biofuels across global ports.
Developed by LR’s industry-leading Fuel Oil Bunkering Analysis and Advisory Service (FOBAS) team, the Fuel Finder tool is accessible via the LR GMT platform. It allows users to explore six months of data from specific ports or suppliers, visualize trends, and download detailed reports in multiple formats. The tool can let users compare up to four supplier-port combinations side by side, providing insights that support fuel procurement and compliance decisions.

Current LR clients can access the upgraded Fuel Finder tool at no additional cost, while new users can take advantage of a free seven-day trial.
